Meet Milena

Your trusted medical aesthetician.

My journey into skincare started with my own skin. For over 10 years, I struggled with acne, redness, pigmentation, and scarring, trying countless products and treatments with no real answers. That frustration became my passion.

I immersed myself in advanced esthetics and medical skincare training to understand the why behind skin concerns, and through years of study I was able to completely transform my own skin. That transformation is what drives me to help others do the same.

With 7+ years of experience treating acne, pigmentation, rosacea, scarring, aging and more, I combine advanced treatments with a holistic philosophy that addresses both the internal and external factors affecting your skin, because skincare is never one-size-fits-all.

How Balanced Beauty came to be.

Milena started her career in aesthetics because she loved the transformation, not just in skin, but in how people felt about themselves. But she kept seeing the same problem: clinics that treated clients like numbers, protocols that ignored individual skin needs, and advice that prioritized upselling over real results.

She opened Balanced Beauty in Vaughan to do things differently. A clinic where the consultation actually meant something. Where Milena remembered your skin from session to session. Where you never felt pressured, just supported.
