Full pre-care guide- 1Brush your teeth before you arrive, but no whitening toothpaste on the day

- 3If you have crowns, veneers or bonding, let us know, whitening only works on natural tooth enamel
- 4No special skincare or preparation needed

Full post-care guide- 1Avoid staining foods and drinks for 48 hours, coffee, tea, red wine, dark sauces
- 2If you drink coffee or tea, use a straw for the first couple of days
- 3Brush gently for the first 24 hours, your enamel is more sensitive post-treatment
- 4Use a gentle, fluoride toothpaste to support enamel strength
